Returned coolers are first inspected by our technical service teams, and we provide bulk technical service for defective ones. We maintain the inventory of returned coolers with our WMS application and perform online tracking (GSM, QR, RFID). The entire process is reported online in real-time, and contracts are archived both online and physically. In this way, the status of returned coolers, repair processes, and making them ready for reuse are professionally managed. Coolers that are made ready for use are shipped again upon request.
