Step 2: Warehouse Management System (DEPOM)

The request is instantly reflected on the screen of Transpop's proprietary warehouse management system "DEPOM". Here, vehicle planning, inventory control, and shipment preparation are carried out.

Step 3: Vehicle Assignment and Pickup

The appropriate vehicle (truck, semi-trailer, panel van, etc.) is assigned by the system. Our driver collects the goods from the customer's address.

Step 4: Transfer Center & Distribution Network

The material is routed to a transfer center according to its route and is dispatched from there according to its destination.

Step 5: Real-Time Tracking & Digital Document Flow

The driver uploads documents and images to the system at the time of delivery through the Transpop Driver App. The customer can access this information instantly through the Web Portal.

Step 6: Completion of Delivery

Digitally signed documents for the delivered shipment are automatically sent to the customer via email. The entire process is archived in both customer portals and internal systems.
