Our Recruitment Process
In our recruitment process, we aim to place people in a department suitable for their qualifications by questioning their knowledge, skills and competencies. Accordingly, we use Competency-Based Interview, Personality Inventory or Competency Inventory as appropriate to the requirements of the position to evaluate the suitability of our candidates. According to the Labor Law, each of our employees who start work at EKOM Group is subject to a two-month trial period. During this period, they benefit from all the rights offered to them.

As EKOM Group, we offer road and meal services to our colleagues in addition to financial rights. We provide meal fees in regions where it is not possible to provide meal service. In addition, we have shuttle service for transportation to work, but in locations where shuttle service is not available, we provide road fees corresponding to monthly public transportation costs.
